A one-day, in-person event by the BRAZ-TESOL Teacher Development SIG for the people who build and sustain teaching teams: school owners, managers, academic coordinators and teacher educators.
Every school knows the ideal: the ready-made teacher, the equipped classroom, the induction programme that runs itself. Every school also knows the reality.
